The Opportunity
Traditional insurance reacts to accidents after they happen. This fast-growing scale-up is changing the narrative by using real-time, data-driven insights to prevent them entirely. Nearing one billion connected, insured miles and backed by over £50M in funding, they are building the definitive insurance platform for the next generation of connected and autonomous vehicle fleets.
To fuel the next phase of expansion, the business is establishing a dedicated Acquisition team. This team holds the keys to direct growth, building the systems and products that introduce global delivery, logistics, and ride-hailing networks to the platform.
As the Engineering Lead for this team, you will step into a high-impact role focused entirely on technical excellence, delivery, and mentorship.
