The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our DevOps team as we scale infrastructure across multiple regions and push toward continuous deployment. You’ll own the platform engineering function — developer experience, infrastructure reliability, and the systems that let MaintainX move fast without breaking things.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of platform and DevOps engineers: set direction, remove blockers, and develop talent.
- Own the DevOps roadmap, balancing developer experience improvements, platform efficiency, and infrastructure reliability.
