Engineering Manager, Developer Services & CRE Layer

Framework Ventures is looking for a leader for its Developer Services engineering team in Tortuguitas, Buenos Aires. The role involves managing the Functions, Automation, VRF, and CRE Service Layer domains to enhance reliability and delivery.

In your first 6–12 months, you will focus on strengthening operational resilience, managing a prioritized backlog, and delivering new capabilities for the service layer. This is a critical position with direct impact on product velocity and team development.
