Job Description
As the Engineering & Facilities Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of all plant, equipment, and site facilities at our Canary Foods manufacturing site in Hamilton. You will lead maintenance, facilities, and capital projects activity, while driving a strong right-first-time and continuous improvement culture across the site.
In this role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely alongside Production, Quality, H&S, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. You will be responsible for site-wide engineering performance, facilities compliance, asset management, and developing a high-performing engineering team that supports operational success.
