Our Ventia Graduate Program is designed to turn potential into performance, this tailored two-year program gives you practical experience across diverse, live projects. Through four structured one on one rotations including Engineering Design, on site project experience, and Sustainability or Project Management you will build both technical expertise and professional capability.

In just two years, you’ll gain access to tailored professional development, blending technical training and essential soft skills to fast track your transition from university to industry.
