Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled permanent, full‑time Engineering Design Technician II who is proficient in using AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D design software to complete complex municipal design and drafting projects. The projects will revolve around municipal designs such as roads/sidewalks, water/sanitation mains and storm drainage. The candidate will be a well‑organized, motivated individual with a high degree of visual and mental concentration.

Qualifications

1. Completion of a two‑year Computer Aided Design and Drafting program or a two‑year Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum three (3) years of previous experience in municipal design using AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D design software.
