Engineering (Design Management) Student – Solar District

Seeking an Engineering (Design Management) Student for our Solar District, available for 4–16 months starting September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating and managing the project design and procurement process, including taking detailed meeting minutes and following up on open items.
• Assist with review of RFP documentation, drawings/diagrams, commissioning plan and electrical studies for key design requirements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders by utilizing PM4+ to send RFIs and submittals.
• Ensure project compliance and quality through site O&Ms and warranty item tracking.
• Streamline project processes by converting Excel inspection test plans into PM4+ ITP templates.
• Support project success by developing and maintaining Power BL Synoptics design dashboards for projects.
