Engineering Department Lead — Process & Performance Champion

Corning Incorporated seeks a results-driven engineer to lead and/or direct engineering resources in developing and improving processes and equipment at our Reynosa operations. You will drive low-cost manufacturing, high quality and improved capability and capacity.

The role requires hands-on leadership of project teams, strong communication with division engineering and manufacturing, and a focus on IP protection and technical development within the department.
