Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor

Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor responsible for leading daily maintenance operations and conducting coordination meetings to effectively allocate manpower and resources. Supervises mechanical and electrical troubleshooting activities to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and minimal production downtime. Prepares and analyzes maintenance reports for performance monitoring and decision-making. Works closely with engineering, maintenance, and line maintenance teams, managing large groups to ensure smooth coordination of activities.



DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
