Engineer/Executive Engineer (Field Services, IT/AI)

What You'll Do:
Assist the Head of Unit (HOU) to ensure operational performance standards are achieved for Technical Support Unit (TSU). Assist the HOU to manage the deployment of team resources, including daily operations on site investigation jobs carry out by field staff, attend to customer's feedback and complaint, and conduct site investigation. Advise stakeholders (customers, regulator etc.) on escalated cases and facilitate service recovery. Analyze and provide customers guidance in respect to customers' non-standard technical connections. Develop working procedures and guidelines to integrate process automation to enhance the operation efficiencies and customer experiences. Able to handle project and change request for system independently, which include testing and implementation Able to lead projects relating to AI capability development, deployment, change management and team execution to drive productivity and system adoption.
