What You Will Be Working On
Project Management (Construction)
Lead team of consultants and contractor to ensure the successful completion of the project in the following areas:
To monitor Construction Master Programme and ensure project completion is on schedule To monitor interim completion of critical milestones/deliverables and progress. To ensure sample units readiness and approval To ensure completion of structural, M&E works and architectural finishes of the project To monitor lift installation and commissioning To ensure services laying and commissioning To monitor regulatory clearances and ensure clearances obtained promptly for TOP & CSC application To ensure pre-completion checks and preparations are carried out for handover inspection To provide construction inputs upstream at planning and design stage to manage construction duration and mitigate construction issues Quality Management To ensure the proje...
