Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables • Benchmarking of competitions vehicle for features, ergonomics & Weight optimization. • Provide Design feasibility to Styling by preparing multiple part proposals for improving part quality and interface. • Preparation of DCS & Support PPT for Reviews • Do the preliminary Tooling feasibility of parts with tool direction definition, parting line & Slider/ Lifter construction. • Data releases for Vendor on Board, CAE & to Suppliers for Feasibility. • Release of 3D models in Team center /PLM systems with related Quality checks. • Perform the DMU, Assembly and Service study on designs • Provide 3D CATIA models with GD &T Annotations • CAD Design proposals preparation in consultation with internal external (Supplier) experts. • Preparation of Bill of material.Experience 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in TrimsIndustry Preferred Qualifications Diploma, Graduate in Mechanical EngineeringGeneral R...
