Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage UPS, UTS and all on-site construction activities related to civil engineering works, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise a team of site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication of tasks, expectations, and daily targets.
- Coordinate and liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities (PUB, LTA, NEA, etc.) for inspections, approvals, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed site work plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project milestones and deadlines without compromising quality.
- Monitor and inspect construction progress, identifying and resolving technical or operational issues promptly to avoid delays or non‑compliance.
