The Opportunity
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing reliability stress-testing protocols to qualify new integrated circuits (ICs) and packaging technologies. This role involves developing test plans that align with stringent automotive (AEC-Q100) and industrial standards, conducting risk assessments (such as FMEAs), and performing statistical data analysis to predict long-term product survivability.
