Engineer, Production Norms

Responsibilities
Maintain, enhance, and validate production norm calculators for CUT, Paint, and BMODs
Review existing norms and develop new production norms as business needs evolve
Monitor production activities and conduct time studies to support norm refinement and process improvement
Support the development of CUT and FAB production processes, including associated work instructions, to drive efficiency and consistency
Provide training and ongoing support to Planning teams on the effective use of norm calculation tools
