Job Description
Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate mechanical parts to support cost reduction and stable supply
- Set up and localize components for use in company products
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and requirements to assess part suitability
- Develop test processes and perform testing and validation of new parts
- Use measuring tools such as vernier calipers, height gauges, protractors, and pin gauges to check part dimensions
- Analyze evaluation results, identify technical issues, and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare and maintain test records, evaluation reports, and technical documentation
- Create, update, and control engineering drawings using relevant software
- Coordinate technical matters between design and production teams to support production needs
- Ensure evaluations, drawings, and procedures comply with company and industry standards
