Job Description
Provide 24/7 -1st Level support in network operations field of IGW (International gateway) within Du and managing IGW Network. Ready to exceed set of objectives by demonstrating skillful capabilities in the field of International Gateway Network (IGW), network surveillance, network management (fault identification, fault management, fault analysis and fault isolation) deployment of configuration changes on the systems. Verification and execution of all incidents related to network operations, network automation and all other similar operational activities that support and enhance the “du” business systems, processes, and services. Responsible of Network/Fault Trouble Tickets and highlight the aging and repeated TTs for next level of escalation and resolution.
