Job Description
Join Elk Valley Resources as an Engineer focused on Water Integrated Planning in British Columbia. Lead innovative water management programs while fostering key relationships within the community.
As an experienced Engineer, you will report to the Sr. Supervisor, Water Quality. Your role involves managing water management tools, estimating costs, and supporting process development. Utilize your technical skills to drive projects that enhance our water management program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be a safety leader and ensure adherence to environmental rules
• Facilitate relationships with government, Indigenous groups, and communities
• Manage contractor and financial reporting for timely project delivery
• Lead scoped water treatment integration into asset planning
• Develop cost estimates for long-term water management infrastructure
Requirements:
• Degree in civil, environmental, hydrology, or related field
