Job Description

Job Overview  
The Design Engineer is responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and assemblies of new and sustaining product-lines. They perform engineering activities ensuring the accomplishments of production, quality and cost-related objectives and the compliance with Hubbell quality product certifications.
  
A Day In The Life  
Everyday at Hubbell is different and you'll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you will make a difference by: 
Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and BOM's using CAD tools like Autodesk Inventor. 
Carry on Engineering change management activities using CAD tools and Fiori application. 
Apply GD&T principles, conduct design reviews, collaborate with CFT like quality, marketing and supply chain team. 
Support prototype development, testing and validation activities.
