Engineer, Electrical ( Engineering Services – Electrical (P&T)

Job Purpose

Monitor, coordinate, provide technical expertise and perform the activities of the Electrical Maintenance at company owned properties including Residential and VIP villas and other owned, leased properties within Abu Dhabi City and Ruwais City in order to achieve highest operational efficiency and long functional life. This includes design, plan, installation, operation, maintenance, expansion and up gradations of a variety of electrical/ electronic systems.

Job Specific Accountabilities

• Provide technical guidance and monitor all the electrical maintenance activities of assigned subordinates, Hard FM Service provider and other related service related to building Operation and Maintenance and systems integrity as per defined service levels agreements (SLA), KPis specifications and operational Methodologies for company owned properties including office buildings and VIP staff’s private accommodations in and outside Abu Dhabi city.
