As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the digital operations of MOLEX OSBU global sites. You will be responsible for the daily management and maintenance of IT application systems, providing first-level technical support, and driving operational efficiency through automation and continuous improvement. This role requires strong technical expertise, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
What You Will Do
Manage and maintain IT application systems across OSBU global sites, including system deployment, access control, user training, issue tracking, and resolution. 
Provide L1 technical support, ensuring timely resolution of tickets in alignment with SLA requirements and enhancing user satisfaction. 
Analyze recurring issues, propose improvement plans, and drive automation to optimize IT operations.
