Job Description & Requirements Job Summary Manage site operations and coordinate M&E design and installation to ensure project delivery meets specifications, timelines, and client requirements. Provide technical support and oversee subcontractor and supplier engagement for cost-effective execution. Responsibilities Calculate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and invite subcontractors for accurate cost estimation. Source quotations and specifications from suppliers and contractors to support procurement decisions. Collect Bills of Quantities (BQ) and arrange cost comparisons to optimize project budgets. Attend internal and external meetings to align project progress and resolve issues. Perform site inspections to verify work compliance with specifications and drawings.
