Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor railway track construction activities in compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate track works including: ballasted track, ballastless/slab track, rail installation, sleeper installation, turnouts and crossings, track alignment and geometry.
- Review and verify shop drawings, method statements and material submittals related to track works.
- Ensure track construction complies with railway standards, safety regulations and client requirements.
- Monitor earthworks formation preparation and subgrade conditions before track installation.
- Coordinate with survey teams for track alignment levels and setting‑out verification.
- Supervise rail welding, fastening systems and track fixing activities.
