Job Description

            Responsibilities Develop and review 3D models and engineering drawings 
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets 
Conduct quantity take‑offs and material calculations 
Coordinate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and cost efficiency 
Support project planning and execution activities 
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Structural or related field) 
Proficiency in 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, SolidWorks, or similar) 
Experience in preparing detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take‑offs 
Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications 
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills 
Good communication and teamwork abilities
