Engine Project Manager

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing direct leadership to a team of individual contributors engaged in designing and developing engineering solutions. The role manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects, and ensures effective resource allocation and alignment with program and organizational roadmaps. The role provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for the area of responsibility. The role identifies cost reduction opportunities, drives research and development of new technologies, and utilizes expertise in the industry to address common and complex business and technical challenges within established policies.
