Engine mechanic Line Technician UH 60 (Colombia)

This position only applies to Colombian nationals.

• Technical degree in aviation engine maintenance field from an accredited civilian or military institution.
• Minimum of 5 years’ hands‑on experience in engine repair in an intermediate level engine repair facility or higher experience specializing in respective engine as required by specific job duties (e.g. T‑53, PT6, Rolls Royce 250).
• Must have a current TERM Colombian license, or equivalent U.S. Airframe and Powerplant (A&P;) license.

SBU - CONTRACTING AND ACQUISITIONS

• English language ability at the Foreign Service Institute Level R/1, or the equivalent; Spanish language ability equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/3, S/3 is required.
• Knowledge of Colombian Aeronautica Civil, U.S. FAA, and U.S. military maintenance regulations is required.
• Knowledge of Colombian safety standards and procedures is required.
