Job Description
Ongoing hire. You own a workstream end to end and help turn analysis into action.
What you'll do
- Lead engagements from scope to outcomes.·
- Own the client room: steer sponsors, manage risk, align decisions.
- Hire and coach consultants; set standards for client delivery, models, and meetings.·
- Shape recommendations into an executable plan and secure adoption.
- Develop Financial Services and Energy offerings for Asia and build pipeline with firm Partners.
How you’ll raise the bar
- Two projects delivered with measurable outcomes in 6–9 months.
- Built the Strathen Group APAC team.
- Visible sponsor trust; you are asked back.
- Regional pipeline created with at least two qualified opportunities.
