Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end delivery of banking IT programmes including regulatory, digital, and transformation initiatives
  • Engage stakeholders across business and technology teams within financial institutions
  • Drive project execution covering scope, timelines, quality, and budget
  • Lead cross functional teams including development, testing, and infrastructure
  • Ensure alignment with banking regulations, risk, and compliance requirements
  • Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Support proposal development, solutioning, and account growth within banking clients
