Energy Ops Lead

Job Description

Responsible for providing technical, operational, and engineering support for power generation assets, energy facilities, and related business requirements of One Engineering. Works closely with plant operations, maintenance teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders to monitor plant performance, ensure technical compliance, support troubleshooting activities, and recommend operational improvements. Supports power facility projects and Competitive Selection Process (CSP) requirements through preparation and review of technical and operational data. Ensures safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operations of assigned power generation facilities
