Job Description
Salary: £39,000 - 68,000 per year
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar endpoint management or EUC role, ideally within a large, complex enterprise environment
- Strong hands‑on experience with Altiris, Intune, and/or SCCM, with Altiris experience highly desirable
- Solid understanding of Windows endpoint environments and device lifecycle management
- Strong technical troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills
- Good working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including VLANs, proxies, firewalls, and subnets
- Experience working on organised project activity alongside BAU support
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively across technical and service teams
