About the Role (your why)
Our Endpoint Engineering team is responsible for creating and maintaining robust desktop Standard Operating Environments (SOE) for our customers, enabling remote support and ensuring standardisation across diverse IT landscapes. As an Endpoint Engineering Specialist, you’ll work closely with customers to transform their businesses in line with cloud‑first productivity and collaboration solutions as part of their digital transformation journey. You will also provide expert 3rd‑level support, develop ongoing processes, and help drive continuous improvement in customer environments. This is an intermediate role.
