Endoscope Service Engineer (Usaquén)

Key Responsibilities

• Support distributors of responsible area to proceed the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and end users visit of all Medcaptain products.
• Provide technical support and conduct training to staff of distributors to be able to provide service to end users. Monitor the distributors’ service quality and maintain the customers’ satisfaction.
• Establish and optimize the local endoscope service center’s processes (acceptance, fault diagnosis, repair, quality inspection, follow-up) to ensure standardized operation.
• Perform professional service for gastroscopes and colonoscopes (disassembly, troubleshooting, part replacement, calibration) to meet clinical quality standards.
• Regularly summarize service center operations, analyze data, identify problems and put forward optimization suggestions to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
