Hiring: EUC / Desktop Support Engineer (L1) | Onsite | Mumbai, India | Full-Time B2 B Freelance Contract
Location: Mumbai, India (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Freelance / B2 B Contract
Rate: USD 500/Month
Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We are currently hiring an EUC / Desktop Support Engineer for an onsite enterprise support role in Mumbai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in desktop support, end-user computing, deskside troubleshooting, and enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite desktop/deskside support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix activities
• Manage device lifecycle activities including imaging, deployment, configuration, patching, and upgrades
• Support Windows 10/11 environments and basic mac OS troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, VPN, printers, scanners, ...
