End User Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line, AV & Onboarding)

In this role, you will deliver 1st and 2nd line support to colleagues using desktop, laptop, and mobile devices while managing requests through various channels. Additionally, you will support AV systems and collaborate with teams in London and Sydney to ensure high service standards. A strong knowledge of Windows, Exchange, and MS Teams is essential, alongside excellent communication skills.
