My responsibilities:
Providing 24/7 2nd level support for Mobile Devices, Desktop and Cloud Desktop services for ALDI International countries (Europe, United States, Australia)
Supporting and maintaining the selection of new client hardware (e.g. notebooks, convertibles, thin clients, mobile devices)
Being a contact person for mobile device, Windows 11, Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop support requests
Supporting iOS and Android devices through Ivanti Neurons
Planning and development of automated Windows operating system installations
Supporting client migrations in an international environment
The knowledge I own:
Can work in a 24/7 multi-shift operation as well as on weekends and public holidays
Strong English skills, German knowledge is advantageous
