End-User IT Support Engineer Intern - Impact & AI Tools

Aumovio is looking for an IT Support, End User to provide comprehensive technical assistance to users in Singapore. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows and Ubuntu PCs, managing incident ticketing systems, and supporting video conferencing and mobile devices.

The ideal candidate should possess good soft skills and be able to think outside the box to resolve issues. This role also involves setting up work desks and refurbishing old IT equipment for sustainability.
