Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or technical career in gastronomy or related field.
- 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of recipe costing, menu creation, recipe books, food waste reduction, supplier relationships, and purchasing.
- Bachelor's diploma completed (desired).
- 1 year of customer service experience (desired).
- English language skills (desired).
Responsibilities- Manage staff.
- Inspect the restaurant area, including buffet, food quality, and the service provided by servers.
- Maintain daily and monthly sales inventories.
