Employment Workshop Facilitator (CF)

Catholic Social Services is currently seeking two dynamic and engaging Employment Workshop Facilitators who are passionate about adult learning and workforce development to join our Workforce Development team. These positions will support the delivery of two new employment training programs: Ready to Serve (RTS) and Renewing Expertise, Navigating Upward (RENU).

This is an 18‑month, full‑time contract position ending on December 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension.

Program Overview

Ready to Serve (RTS): A 16‑week program that prepares participants for employment in the food and service industries through employment‑readiness workshops, paid work‑based learning, and follow‑up support.

RENU (Renewing Expertise, Navigating Upward): A 16‑week program that supports internationally trained professionals in Business Administration, IT, and Human Services through group learning, individualized coaching, and work‑based learning.
