About the Role
This role will allow you to work closely with experienced employment partners on meaningful disputes work, without being siloed. This role offers direct client exposure, varied files and the chance to sharpen both advocacy and advisory skills. You will step into a steady flow of work across disputes and advisory, with support where needed and space to take ownership as you progress. You will work alongside senior lawyers on employment disputes while also handling advisory matters across a diverse client base. The work includes advocacy, personal grievances and day to day employment advice. There is a good balance between guidance and autonomy, allowing you to build confidence and technical depth at pace.
