Employment Equity & Skills Data Analyst

AB InBev Africa is seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to collect, manage and report on employment equity data in alignment with SA legislation. The role supports BBBEE reporting, skills development administration and data-driven decision making.

You will gather data from HRIS, payroll, and recruitment systems, ensure accuracy, and generate reports such as WSP/ATR while coordinating stakeholder engagement and audits.
