Employee Relations Specialist

Summary

Responsible for facilitating employee relations and mediating human resource issues on behalf of the company. Deals with issues related to employee and management relations and works to help employees and management. Work requires coordination with all facets of Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources, Business Management, Sociology, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology
• Experience in employee relations or HR management
• Leadership and industry certifications will be an advantage

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Understands office management procedures and control.
• Wide knowledge of different HR policies and methods to implement them.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws employment policies and regulations.
• Experience in a unionized company will be a plus.
