Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for the effective dispatching, intake, triage, and management of employee relations cases.
  • Analyze key case information, including country of origin, nature of the issue, involved parties, etc.
  • Accurately register and document cases in the ER tracker system, ensuring completeness and data integrity.
  • Identify and elevate cases outside of scope (e.g., Compliance, high-risk, or complex matters) to the appropriate ER team members.
  • Manage end-to-end investigations for discipline‑related cases of low to moderate complexity.
  • Conduct investigations in line with Employee Relations SOPs, ensuring objectivity, confidentiality, and procedural consistency.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the ER tracker system through timely and precise data entry and updates.
