Employee Relations Partner & People Advisor

Air New Zealand is seeking an ER Partner (People Specialist) to support leaders and unions with practical, people‑centred advice. You’ll help balance commercial outcomes, risk and employee experience while advising on complex matters in our evolving ER & Advisory team in Auckland.

This 11‑month fixed term role focuses on building capability, delivering coaching and shaping how we support our people through changes in our working practices, processes and tools.
