Employee Relations Counselor, Latin America

Responsibilities

• Start‑to‑finish handling of investigative processes including intake, strategic planning, conducting interviews, data (evidence) gathering and analysis, report writing, updating case management systems, involving stakeholders and providing updates.
• Provide consultative services to business management at all levels on topics including performance management, discipline, and other corrective actions.
• Facilitate dispute and conflict resolution processes.
• Partner with other Chevron organizations pertaining to work assignments (e.g., Legal, Global Security, IT Forensics, Labor Relations, Compliance).
