*Purpose of this position:*Under the direction of the EOHW Manager, this position provides support and assistance to EOHW customers and staff. This position is located at the EOHW front reception area.
*_RESPONSIBILITIES:_*
* Responds to calls and visits from employees seeking EOHW services. Answers telephones, responds to routine questions, redirects calls and questions as appropriate and takes messages
* Utilizes the occupational electronic health record system to enter in employee clinic visits and manage requests for medical record information
* Assist with data entry as assigned
* Prepares materials for meetings, schedules rooms and organizes room set up
