Job Description
At Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we are seeking an experienced Employee & Industrial Relations Specialist to join our People Experience team.
Reporting to the Head of People Experience, this role is responsible for leading Employment Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) activities across the business, providing expert advice to leaders, managing complex workplace matters, and leading enterprise bargaining activities for our Distribution Centre.
Please note – This is a 12-month Parental Leave position.
Key responsibilities
* Manage complex ER and IR matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, performance management and workplace disputes.
* Provide practical ER and IR advice to leaders, balancing compliance requirements with commercial outcomes.
