HealthPartners is hiring an Employee Health Services Case Manager. This position is responsible for assessing needs, coordinating services, providing support and guidance to all HealthPartners colleagues across the Organization in addressing colleague health and safety needs. This includes proactive Employee Health Services programs support, incidental issue intake and management to resolution by way of various routes such as phone intake and outbound calls, voicemail, email, online chat, etc. This role will balance various stakeholder needs to each unique situation (., colleague, colleague’s leader, organization, OSHA, MDH, Joint Commission . A successful individual in this role will take ownership to ensure colleagues have resolution by providing support and guidance and connect colleagues with appropriate resources.
