Employee Experience & Relations Specialist

A local marketing firm is seeking a professional to assist with onboarding new employees and managing employee relations. The successful candidate will prepare onboarding documents, assist with orientation and benefit concerns, and help organize employee activities. Candidates must be graduates of a 4-year course with experience in HR or Employee Relations. Male or Female applicants are encouraged, with preference for those residing in Metro Manila. This is an on-site role located in Cubao, Quezon City.
