We are looking for an Employee Engagement Specialist who will help drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, internal communications, and employee experience programs that foster a positive, high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Plan and execute employee events, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
• Create engaging internal communications across various channels.
• Conduct employee pulse surveys and analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to enhance employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
• Support employer branding and employee advocacy initiatives.
• Coordinate wellness, inclusion, and employee appreciation programs.
