Employee Engagement Consultant

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Experience/Engagement consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Canada and is remote.

As an Employee Experience/Engagement Consultant, you will support clients in the design, execution, analysis, and results interpretation of various employee listening projects including employee engagement surveys, total rewards surveys, interviews, and focus groups. In this role, you will work collaboratively within a team to design survey content, conduct survey data analyses, and create the data-based story that draws on insights from the data/research findings for clients. You will be responsible for translating the employee experience data we collect on behalf of clients into strategic recommendations that drive organizational performance and long‑term talent goals. You may also assist with client management and sales.
